Mollie has been with Understanding Recruitment for 9 years but officially joined the Marketing team in March 2020 after dipping her toe into recruitment and finance. She is our social media and personal branding whizz and likes to introduce a little bit of creative flair to everything she does.
Her favourite thing about the job is the creative license she has within her role and being able to have a positive impact on our brand awareness and building consultants' personal brands.
An interesting fact about Mollie is that she has been wild swimming in the mountains of Brazil (and lived to tell the tale!).
