Principal AI Engineer - HealthTech

Hybrid - Woking - 3x a week

Seeking a Principal AI Engineer specialising in Automation & GenAI to drive cutting-edge solutions.
You'll have the opportunity to work on the forefront of GenAI technology, strategizing, building, and supporting implementations that will enable them to deliver faster and more effectively than ever before.
You'll be responsible for building and running GenAI capabilities, ensuring robust support and integration into standard incident processes as the products mature. You'll collaborate with distributed teams across the business to facilitate the consumption of AI/ML capabilities and play a hands-on role in coding, building, governing, and maintaining these solutions.
Additionally, you'll design and implement solutions to automate manual IT and business processes, while continuously modernizing our software development processes using CI/CD techniques.
Requirements:
- developing machine learning models using Python or TensorFlow
- with NLP and AI technologies
- pipelines
- background in DevOps practices: CI/CD, TDD, SDLC
