Llewelyn joined the Understanding Recruitment team in 2021, and soon became a valuable member of our Golang team of specialists in connecting the highest calibre Engineering candidates in the market with the most innovative teams in the world as their influence on capital markets continues to grow. He works closely with candidates to find them their perfect role in a fast and innovative industry and ensures his clients are partnered with the most talented candidates in the market. 

His favourite part of the job is the people he gets to work with. Outside of the office, Llewelyn enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is also a semi-professional rugby player and coach in the GK IPA Championship for Ampthill and District RFC. 

A little known fact about Llewelyn is that he has twin sisters!
