Emily started her career in recruitment in 2013 working in the Education sector.
She made the move over to Internal Recruitment at Understanding Recruitment in 2016 and now heads up our global Talent Acquisition team. She has loved being a part of the huge growth we've had over the years and her favourite part about her role is watching people she has brought on board grow within the Understanding Recruitment team and hit both their professional and personal goals.
In 2021, Emily welcomed her son into the world and when she's not helping us achieve our ambitous growth targets you might spot her donning matching outfits with him!
