Principal DevOps Account Manager
Anna joined Understanding Recruitment 4 years ago as a Trainee Researcher after finishing a degree in Clinical Psychology. She has moved across the business and was most recently promoted to Principal Account Manager. Prior to joining our DevOps, Cloud & SRE team, Anna worked in an Enterprise RPO business supporting a Recruitment Co-ordination Unit.
With several years of experience in the fast-changing and growing sector, she is able to assist both clients and candidates thanks to her wide scope of industry knowledge and a large network of talent in her niche. Anna prides herself on always supporting candidates from the beginning of their job search journey and assisting them every step of the way with interview preparation, knowledge of the roles and the businesses, all the way to the offer negotiation and onboarding period.
Her favourite part of her job is working with people and building long-term relationships and the satisfaction that maybe by helping someone secure a new job and she has changed their life for the better!
A fun fact about Anna is that she spent most of my summers growing up on my Grandma’s farm where she learned not only how to look after the animals, but also make bread and butter and how to milk a cow!
