Archie joined the Understanding Recruitment Golang team in January 2023 after nearly three years of working in the insurance market. He is now an integral part of our JavaScript recruitment team and thrives on using his communication and negotiation skills to ensure all his candidates' needs are met.
He is an avid Arsenal fan and loves going to watch games live with friends. His favourite part of the job is learning new skills and techniques to assist in matching the candidate to their dream role.
