We offer a market leading and generous commission scheme up to 40% at the optimum level. As they say ‘’the more you put in the more you get back’’ and this is certainly true when it comes to our scheme. We want to be paying out life changing commission cheques to all our employees who perform very well.
Training & Support Network
We offer bespoke training modules no matter where you are in your career, one size does not fit all in our experience. You will receive extensive training in your first 6 months and throughout your career. We are always investing in additional external modules too, such as Social Media recruiting to certified Management training courses. Support is always on hand on the sales floor at all times, with a wealth of experience behind us we will encourage you every step of the way in whatever capacity is required.
Progression is at the heart of Understanding’s success. All our employees have a clear career path and promotion criteria to gain that next promotion (we have promoted two members of the team in the last 12 months). From day one, we have a very transparent career ladder for all members of staff to follow. Currently the vast majority of our team managers have been a result of organic internal growth.

Have a Voice
Ever been involved in your company’s annual strategy? Well, at Understanding Recruitment we take on board all of the team’s advice and suggestions. Every January, we have an off-site meeting to shape our strategy for the year and we’re genuinely interested and open to hearing your thoughts. This day is all about involvement in the company strategy. The afternoon consists of fun, challenging and competitive team building exercises (last year we undertook a taxi treasure hunt around Central London).
We love to celebrate success. Do well and we will not only reward you with industry leading financial rewards, we will also take you to far flung destinations such as Barbados, Monaco, Vegas to name but a few! Also, we run quarterly winners dinners at London’s most highly acclaimed restaurants. If you over achieve its only fair that we reward you.
