SIA Awards - '2018 Best Staffing Firms to Work For UK' | Winners
The 'SIA Executive Forum - North America 2018' took place at the end of February, in beautiful Miami Beach. Staffing Industry Analysts is the Global Advisor on Staffing and Workforce Solutions and challenges the industry to understand how to stay competitive and successful now, and in the future.
This year’s theme has been focused on looking forward, and how best to stay competitive and successful into the future.
The annual Executive Forum conference is now in its 27th year and one of our Founding Directors, Chris Jackson, was in attendance for the four day event with the hope of bringing home the award for 'Best Staffing Firms to Work For UK: 10-50 Employees'.
We’re ecstatic to confirm, for the third year in a row, we have won the International Grand Prize Award for 'Best Staffing Firms to Work For UK: 10-50 Employees'.
Following last years win, the SIA Awards had this to say about Understanding Recruitment:
“The company knows its own employees and creates an environment where people want to work and progress within the firm. When founding directors Chris Jackson and Dale Swords conducted reviews, they asked employees what the key difference was between Understanding Recruitment and their previous companies. The consensus: Everyone who is working at Understanding Recruitment wants to be there.”
The winners represent companies who scored in the top quartile in each of the contest categories and the Grand Prize Winners reflect the organisations with the highest scores. Internal employees at each firm were asked to complete a 40-question online survey that measured 10 key engagement categories focusing on items including teamwork, trust in senior leaders, feeling valued, manager effectiveness, compensation and benefits.
We’re currently growing the business internally and looking for exceptional apprentices, graduates and experienced consultants to join our St. Albans office – please get in touch to apply, or for further information: firstname.lastname@example.org | 01727 809 070
