APSCo Awards for Excellence 2016 -Winners Announced
The winners of the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo) 2016 Award ceremony were announced Tuesday afternoon (18th October) at the RBS offices in London. The business lunch also featured guest speaker, Professor Andrew Burke, Dean of Trinity Business School and the Chair of Business Studies.
We sent our very own Chris Jackson and Sam McBroom along to the awards event, happy we had even made finalists... so imagine our joy to discover that WE WON!
We got to bring home APSCo's prestigious award for 'Recruitment Company of the Year <£5M Turnover' - It's a massive achievement and we’re all incredibly proud to be part of this success.
Understanding Recruitment has become a well-established business in the Technology industry. With an award winning Customer Service & Satisfaction policy embedded throughout the business, we aim to consistently increase the level of expectations across our industry.
“The APSCo Awards for Excellence are widely considered to be the premier showcase for innovation and best practice in professional recruitment. The process has a reputation for being the most testing, demanding and perhaps most challenging out there, and for good reason. The standard of submissions we receive is incredible, and all of this year’s finalists have demonstrated a real commitment to the ethos of APSCo. I know that the independent judges found it challenging to pick winners from the reams of outstanding entries, which caused much debate among the panel” - Marilyn Davidson, Director of APSCo

I'm looking forward to building upon this success. We have some incredibly ambitious plans for the business in the near future" - Chris Jackson, Founding Director of Understanding Recruitment
