Unified Communications Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Unified Communications / UC Manager who is an expert on all things telephony, instant messaging, web chats and video calling to join a household name national not for profit - working remotely. The Unified Communications / UC Manager will set up and run a whole new cloud based telephony project across their 270 offices nationwide to be able to increased demand for their services.

It is important the Unified Communications Manager has strong stakeholder management skills and can work within an agile environment. The Unified Communications / UC Manager will have proven experience delivering cloud based solutions that include web chats, telephone calls, video services and instant messaging. You could have experience in various technologies like Mitel Cloud, MS Teams, WildEx, Horizon Cloud or any other cloud based telephony solution.

Skills required for the Unified Communications Manager are:

- Expert in all cloud based telephony i.e Web chat, video calling, instant messaging, telephone calls
- Exposure in Agile methodology
