The role of the Trainee Recruitment Consultant is to:
- Developing and managing client relationships
- Identifying future business opportunities
- Build your knowledge, network and expertise in a specialist market
- Managing the recruitment process from sourcing candidates to placement and beyond
As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be able to demonstrate:
A desire to pick up the phone to new clients and candidates and to learn new techniques, you bring bags of enthusiasm and we will train you up to be a highly successful consultative Consultant. If you are tenacious, self-motivated and have experience in B2B/ B2C sales, hospitality or customer services then this could be the role for you!
