We offer a fantastic 2 week intense training programme with our internal trainer and constant support to ensure a hugely successful transition in to our business and the recruitment Industry.

The role of the Graduate / Trainee Sales Recruitment Consultant is to:

  • Develop and manage client relationships in a competitive environment
  • Identify future business and initiate strategic plans for growth within a specialist market
  • Manage the recruitment process from interview to placement and beyond
  • Win new exciting accounts
  • Establish opportunities with both candidates and clients

As a Graduate or Trainee Sales Recruitment Consultant, you will be able to demonstrate:

A desire to pick up the phone to new clients and candidates and to learn new techniques, you bring bags of enthusiasm and we will train you up to be a highly successful consultative Consultant. If you are tenacious, self-motivated and have experience in B2B/ B2C sales, hospitality or customer services then this could be the role for you!
