Service Desk Specialist - JIRA - We are actively seeking a Service Desk Specialist, specialising in JIRA to join a global technology company based in Hertfordshire for 12 months. As the Service Desk Specialist you will take ownership of the existing operational tooling and ITSM installation.

The Service Desk Specialist needs to have expert knowledge in JIRA Service Desk and Confluence and able to demonstrate knowledge at an enterprise level. The Service Desk Specialist must be able to analyse and troubleshoot large-scale distributed system and the associated support tooling and dashboarding. This is an excellent opportunity for the Service Desk Specialist to join a renowned cutting edge technology company.

Key Skills for the Service Desk Specialist - JIRA:

  • Expert knowledge in JIRA Service Desk and Confluence.
  • Able to analyse and troubleshoot large-scale distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of any; Pagerduty, Slack, New Relic, Grafana, Prometheus, Telephony Integration, CRM.
  • Solid communications skills are vital.
