Service Desk Analyst - £300 - £400 per day

A brand new and urgent contract role has arisen for a Service Desk Analyst who has previous experience of Windows 2016 O/s, Windows 10, installing a wide variety of software and devices to join this local governing body. The successful Service Desk Analyst will also be providing day to day general support to the wider business for all IT related issues. This is a hybrid role meaning you will need to head into the Wimbledon office 1 day a week.

Having excellent Windows / Office knowledge and having a good understanding of working within the public sector is a big bonus but not essential. As the Service Desk Analyst, it is necessary to be a confident communicator and that you are well organised as you will be dealing with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

This public sector organisation is going through a large scale digital transformation and this role will play a crucial role as part of this. Please note this role is Inside IR35 and is an initial 12 month contract.

Skills required for the Service Desk Analyst are:

- Experience of working with Windows 2016 and Windows 10
- Excellent communication skills
- Brilliant software / hardware experience
- Experience of 2nd line IT support
