Service Desk Analyst

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Desk Analyst to join a award winning technology business based in Dartford, Kent with 3 days in the office. As the Service Desk Analyst it is important to have experience working within Windows O365 environments as well as exposure to ticketing systems. This is an opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst who seeks career progression to become a developer in the future.

The Service Desk Analyst will join a wonderful team and will be required to communicate with a variety of team members and stakeholders, troubleshooting and resolving issues. A successful Service Desk Analyst will be friendly, personable individual with a keen interest in computers and developing themselves within the company.

Skills required for the Service Desk Analyst are:

  • Customer service experience and strong communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows O365.
  • Experience working with Ticketing systems.
