2nd Line Support Analyst

A brand new position has arisen for an 2nd Line Support Analyst to join an exciting Organisation, in this role you will be based at home but will have to travel to various sites 1x a week. The successful candidate will bring experience of working with Windows servers, Office 365 and Active Directory whilst also having brilliant Service Desk knowledge. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious 2nd Line Support Analyst to learn new technologies and develop their career at a thriving organisation.

The 2nd Line Support Analyst will provide direct support to customers and colleagues whilst also having the opportunity to showcase their technical and customer service skills. In this role, the 2nd Line Support Analyst will be working to resolve any issue the 1st line technicians escalate and offer them support. It would be good if you have any management/mentoring experience or have the desire to move into a role which does this. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are key for this role.

Skills required for the 2nd Line Support Analyst are:

- Brilliant communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience of working with Windows server, Office 365 and Active Directory
- An eagerness to learn and develop new skills
- Driving license to travel to sites
- Mentor/management experience

Salary: £35,000 - £37,000 per year + excellent benefits
Location: London area but will require travel.
