A housing association based in Bedford is on the lookout for a 2 Service Desk Analysts to join their team on an initial 12 month fixed term contract.
You will report directly into the deputy service delivery manager. You will look at ways to continuously improve customer satisfaction across the business.
The role of the Service Desk Analyst is as follows:
- Provide 1st line support
- Answer support queries via email and phone
- Offer a high level of customer service
- Escalate more complex calls to the relevant IT team member
They are looking for the Service Desk Analyst to have the following background
- Experience as a 1st line support, helpdesk support or desktop support
- Ideally knowledge of ITIL
- Technical administration with Active Director, Windows 10, Office 365 and Exchange
Salary is up to £25,000 + Benefits
