2nd Line Support Analyst
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a 2nd Line Support Analyst to join our dynamic and friendly team based in Kings Langley during an exciting time of our organisation's development. As the successful 2nd Line Support Analyst you will be responsible for acting as first point of contact for a vast range of incidents and service requests.
The 2nd Line Support Engineer will be responsible for providing end to end support and operation of the IT systems for internal users, whilst supporting and deploying new installations. As the 2nd Line Support Analyst you should be able to work well under your own initiative and have a proactive attitude to work.
As the successful 2nd Line Support Analyst you will be key in answering phone calls in a professional and polite manner whilst building relationships with our team members.
Key skills needed for the 2nd Line Support Analyst:
- Proven background within 2nd line support
- Experience with Active Directory
- Exposure to LAN/WAN Networks
- Exposure to SCCM would be advantageous
- A passion for technology, with a keenness to learn new skills and progress your career
- Excellent communicational skills
