Service Design & Transition Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Design & Transition Manager to join a huge organisation based in Luton, that offers hybrid working options. You will be working on IT transformation projects and therefore it is important you have full understanding of the Service transition lifecycle and service acceptance criteria. It is also vital for the Service Design & Transition to have strong communication skills as you will be working in collaboration with key stakeholders.

This is a brilliant opening for a Service Design & Transition Manager to join this thriving organisation and take responsibility of the Service transition in a big transformation project. In this role you will need to have a strong understanding of the ITIL processes, ServiceNow (Or equivalent service systems) and experience of working in an Agile environment. This is a great chance for a Service Design & Transition Manager to come in to an exciting project within a fantastic organisation.
