Senior Security Analyst

We are seeking a Senior Security Analyst to join this Sunday Times Top 10 Company, based in Hemel Hempstead (flexible & remote working available). This is a new role as part of a growing Security Team; a team that plays a vital role in the forward direction of the business.

We are seeking a Senior Security Analyst to join the team responsible for monitoring and managing security incidents across the group. This role requires a strong understanding of enterprise technologies, a methodical approach to risk, processes, procedures, and policies, and knowledge of the SDLC and release management.

Further skills and experience needed for the Senior Security Analyst:

• Ability to enhance, develop and implementing both existing and new policies, processes and awareness
• Work with a range of technical leads and teams to understand and promote best practice when it comes to Information Security
• Linux experience
• Background gained within a medium-large IT department and company
• Security certified
• Agile mentality within the working environment; quick thinker and good problem solver, able to change direction easily and manage change

Location: Hemel Hempstead (currently remote, with ample remote / flexi working)
Salary: £55,000 - £70,000 + 10% bonus
