Salesforce Business Analyst
A new and exciting opportunity has opened up for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join an industry leading and globally established media company based in Watford. This role is perfect for someone with detailed experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a B2B environment and strong experience working with a variety of stakeholders.
As the successful Salesforce Business Analyst, you will be responsible for driving the implementation, adoption and enhancement of the companies Salesforce platform. This is a highly varied and engaging position, with the role being part project manager, part administrator and part Salesforce analyst.
As the Salesforce Business Analyst, you will serve as the system administrator for the Salesforce.com environment which is currently composed of 30 users and work with stakeholders across the company as the business partner in using Salesforce to gain operational efficiencies. Along with this you will be responsible for the management of core administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports, dashboards and workflows.
Essential skills and experience required for the Salesforce Business Analyst:
- Experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a B2B environment
- Salesforce Admin Certified
- Experience using Sales Cloud and Pardot (Desirable)
- Experience working with a variety of stakeholders
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 (depending on experience) + benefits
