Recruitment Manager/Team Lead

Understanding Recruitment are growing and looking to add more talent to the business. Our continued success within the market, means we are looking for Recruitment Managers/ Team Leads to develop our already high performing teams. We are currently in an exciting scaling phase, establishing a prominent position in Technology and Digital space over the past 13 years.

As a Recruitment Manager/Team Lead you will be collaborating with the Management team and reporting directly into the Directors. You will have a high level of autonomy when it comes to business objectives/strategy, as well as the opportunity to progress and develop the team around you.

What we are looking for:

Previous experience in a Recruitment Manager/ Team Lead role; ideally within recruitment or a fast-paced commercial environment
Blend of strategic and executional; someone that is used to the balance of BAU tasks as a recruiter and responsibility of team management
Leadership skills; ideally within the tech/digital space and experience hiring and developing teams previously
Ability to perform well under pressure and get the most out of the team
Key relationship-building and communication skillls
