We are seeking a Product Manager to join a well-established and successful leisure/hospitality company in St Albans, to focus on the delivery of automated business processes to their various overseas teams.
The Product Manager will work within an agile and cross functional environment, providing leadership on products to a diverse product team including the likes of Developers and Business Analysts. You will be responsible for developing the product roadmap, working with other colleagues and stakeholders to do so. You will also be introducing and monitoring KPIs within your product stream and ensuring that the team is working in line with these, as well as ensuring any issues that would prevent the team from hitting these targets are resolved. This role will require travel to the company's European offices, therefore flexibility to do this is essential!
Skills and experience needed for the Product Manager:
- Product experience within automation and hospitality
- Strong knowledge of backoffice solutions/software or with B2B solutions
- Familiarity with areas of business such as health and safety, contracting or transfers
- Flexibility to travel abroad when necessary
