Product Lead

Location: Remote

Duration: 6-months

Day Rate: £450 - £475 Outside IR35

I am actively seeking a Product Lead who will be able to support all aspects of a digital product development project working within a SAFe delivery.

The Product Lead will have excellent communication skills as you'll be working with internal and external teams. A key requirement is to ensure effective product improvement and alignment of the product vision across multiple development teams. You will ensure that the clients best practices and agile governance processes are bring carried out to protect their commercial stability.

Experience Required

  • Proven experience working as a Senior Product Owner
  • Demonstrable experience a Product Owner on a scaled delivery (SAFe)
  • Experience in leading product-oriented delivery at scale with multiple teams working with a product portfolio
  • Experience with defining Epic and Features from Value Streams and preparing them for Programme Increment Planning
  • Stakeholder management and long term client relationship experience

Desirable

  • Certified "Advanced Scrum Product Owner"
  • Certified "Scaled Agile Framework SAFe"
  • Proven experience leading a team of Product Owners and Business Analysts
