An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Problem Manager who has previous experience working with service owners to join Enfield Council. As the Problem Manager, you will be responsible for the define, develop, and deliver IT processes while building strong relationships with their third-party suppliers. Enfield Council are looking for a Problem Manager who has a wide range of skills and knowledge and can work to a wide variety of SLA's. It is vital you have come from an ITIL background and ideally ITIL certified.
