Operations Director

A new opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced Operations Director to join a disruptive organisation in the healthcare and medical research industry. As the successful Operations Director, you will oversee a range of projects using your insight and guidance to ensure that teams of scientists are on track to deliver valuable results to their client base as well as engaging with stakeholders to drive the discovery of ground breaking clinical insights.

The Operations Director will plan and direct operational activities as well as supervising daily operations. You will play a strategic role in implementing processes to maximise the efficiency and success of company wide projects.

A passion for science, business and technology is ideal for this role as your contribution to the operational success of the wider business will have an unrivalled impact on the discovery of new medicines and groundbreaking medical research.

Key skills needed for the Operations Director:

  • Previous experience in an Operational / Chief of Staff role with a fast paced technology or science company.
  • Proven ability to manage cross functional teams and proactively engage with stakeholders to keep them informed.
  • Multidisciplinary, hands on approach to your role with willingness to get involved in all aspects of business operations.
  • Any experience working within AI or Machine Learning is highly beneficial.
