Office Executive - PA & Sales Support

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Office Executive - PA & Sales Support to join an exciting, innovative and progressive software and technology solutions company in Windsor (Berkshire). This Office Executive - PA & Sales Support position is perfect for someone who are enthusiastic and personable with administrative / PA experience, as well as proven experience of supporting the full sales lifecycle. You will also boast experience of using Salesforce CRM.

***This role involves regular UK & international travel, therefore flexibility to do this is essential***

The successful Office Executive - PA & Sales Support - will have a variety of engaging responsibilities, and these include: PA duties to the CEO, event planning, sales process support, general office management and administrative duties such as sending out invoices, updating spreadsheets, follow up emails to customers, managing and updating CRM (Salesforce), arranging sales/client meetings, as well as drafting appropriate paperwork and contracts for successful sales.

Essential skills and experience required for the Office Executive - PA & Sales Support:

  • Administrative / PA experience
  • Experience of supporting senior stakeholders across the full sales lifecycle
  • Knowledge of the sales lifecycle
  • Ability to produce documentation such as sales contracts, spreadsheets, client emails etc.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Salesforce CRM
  • Outstanding organisation skills
  • Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic with genuine initiative
  • Flexibility to regularly travel to customer site, both in the UK and internationally
