This exciting position requires the ability to speak French and software industry experience.
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Office Executive - PA & Sales Support to join an exciting, innovative and progressive software and technology solutions company in Windsor (Berkshire). This Office Executive - PA & Sales Support position is perfect for someone with administrative / PA experience, previous experience within the software industry and someone who can speak French.
The successful Office Executive - PA & Sales Support will have a variety of engaging responsibilities these include: PA duties to the CEO, event planning, Sales process support, general office management and administrative duties such as sending out invoices, updating spreadsheets, follow up emails, managing and updating CRM, arranging sales/client meetings.
Essential skills and experience required for the Office Executive - PA & Sales Support:
- French speaking
- Software industry experience
- Administrative / PA experience
- Experience with Microsoft Excel
- Outstanding organisation skills
- Excellent communication skills, enthusiastic with genuine initiative
