Lead Generation Specialist
A new opportunity has arisen for a Lead Generation Specialist to join a leading FinTech company based in Newbury (Berkshire)! This role will suit someone who is motivated by professional development, looking to leverage existing skills in driving new business sales whilst adding value to a growing and ambitious company.
We're looking for someone with a proven track record in Lead Generation, looking to take the next step up in your career. You will also need to demonstrate that you have the personal skills to build excellent customer relationships, as well as being a persuasive communicator and with the ability to demonstrate a confident approach to your work.
The role of the Lead Generation Specialist is to:
- Win new business with clients as well as nurture a range of existing client accounts
- Converting leads into business opportunities
- Arranging appointments with potential clients
- Keep in regular contact with clients to develop relationships
- Ad hoc projects to help generate additional business opportunities
Experience/Attributes required for the Lead Generation Specialist:
- Proven experience of working within a sales driven environment, winning business from other businesses / customers
- Experience gained within a Financial Services company would be beneficial
- Ability to seek out, develop and secure new business opportunities
- Tenacity and resilience with a drive to succeed whilst working under pressure
- Proven experience in outbound cold-calling, receiving inbound sales calls and enquiries
- Confident to present high-level pitches to senior stakeholders
- Driven by results / KPI's / over achievement
