Java Developer (InsureTech Start-Up)
Salary - up to £90K + Bonus + Benefits.

A rapidly growing InsureTech Start-Up are recruiting for a Java Developer developer to work on their groundbreaking trading platform. The Java Developer will be working with major brokers and other re-insurers on their electronic marketplace for the transfer and reading of re(insurance) risks. They will help provide valuable data and analytics which has passed through the marketplace.

The teamwork in a cross-functional, agile environment and you will be supporting the design and build of the platform. Their language of choice is Java 8 upwards and Spring Boot, deploying onto AWS whilst containerising in Docker and Kubernetes.

They have already closed series A funding and have ambitious growth plans moving forward. They are highly flexible in regard to remote working and would require an office visit around once a week. You will have full autonomy over your work and have exposure to the full SDLC.
