IT Support Engineer

A brand new position has arisen for a IT Support Engineer to join an education based charity with the role being based in Bromley, but the role is mostly remote. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious IT Support Engineer to continue developing their tech career by working with an experienced team to further develop their skills and learn new technologies

The IT Support Engineer will have a primary responsibility of investigation, escalation and progression to closure of issues within a school's technical environment. IT Support Engineer, you will need to have experience working with Windows servers, office 365 and have experience fixing both software and hardware issues. It is also vital for the IT Support Engineer to have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills required for the IT Support Engineer are:
- Brilliant communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong knowledge of Windows server and Office 365
- Experience of working in either 1st or 2nd line support roles

Salary: £25,000 - £29,000
Location: Bromley, London
