An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Support Analyst to join a Company who buy and sell renewable products. This is a great opportunity to join a rapidly growing business. You will be working on day-to-day tasks using complex on-line applications.

It is important for the Support Analyst to be experienced in IT with a knowledge of databases and data structures, SQL and excellent Microsoft experience.

Primarily home-based with rare travel.

Support Analyst Requirements:

- Experience as a Support Analyst

- Provide guidance/training to users - including enhanced levels of support.

- Experience with AutoSupport (ASUP)

- Strong Technical background

- Knowledge of databases and data structures
