IT Support Analyst
A brand new and exciting role has arisen for an IT Support Analyst to join a globally recognised organisation based in Westminster who has at least 6 months IT Support / Helpdesk experience and has strong skills and knowledge around all things IT support including Microsoft packages. This is a brilliant opportunity for an IT Support Analyst who has previous experience of working on a busy helpdesk who has had exposure of Software Rollouts, network experience as well as hardware experience.
As the IT Support Analyst, you will help provide support for all systems providing expert knowledge where possible and acting as a key point of contact for any onsite issues. You will be working in a customer facing environment so strong communication skills are vital. If you are an ambitious IT Support Analyst who wants to work in an energetic and cohesive environment for a fantastic organisation who always has the career progression of their employees at the forefront of everything then this could be the role for you.
Skills required for the IT Support Analyst:
- Proven background within IT technical support / Helpdesk
- Knowledge of Windows Server
- At least 6 months IT Support experience.

- Excellent communicational skills
