IT Service Desk Manager
A brand new role has arisen for an IT Service Desk Manager to join a well-known education charity as they look for someone to help take control of the IT Service Desk. You will be brought on board to help manage the IT head office service desk team working on vital projects and escalations. The successful IT Service Desk Manager will have strong line management experience and strong stakeholder skills.
As the IT Service Desk Manager you will still need to be hands on with the ability to help troubleshoot and support the IT Support Analysts. It is also essential that you have strong decision-making skills and can work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Skills required for the IT Service Desk Manager are:
- Previous experience as an IT Service Desk Manager
- Proven experience of line managing
