IT Engineer

Start Date: Immediate

Location: London, Morden

Day Rate: £200 Inside IR35

A brilliant opportunity for an IT Engineer to join a growing team and contribute toward supporting the whole organisation and its members. You will be an important component of the IT team, providing high-quality 1st line and effective 2nd line support to all members of staff across various levels.

You will be involved in:

  • Providing 1st line support and analysis to resolve issues
  • Providing detailed and accurate information to second-line support staff
  • Ensuring incidents are dealt with on a priority basis
  • Maintaining professionalism and exceptional customer care
  • Carrying out agreed operational procedures of a routine nature
  • Ensuring completion checks are finalised and customers are updated accordingly
  • Meet SLA targets and personal performance-based targets

Experience required as IT Engineer

  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Extensive troubleshooting experience
  • Supporting Windows OS, MS Office (including 365), Citrix
  • Supporting IOS and Android devices
  • VPN and remote support tools
  • Hardware support for laptops
  • Experience with IT Service Management and ITIL
