IT Administrator

A brand new and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Administrator who is a proactive and diligent individual who would be overseeing all IT administration. The IT Administrator would be working for a leading UK charity who are based in Vauxhall, Central London. Due to the fast-paced nature of the role, this is a brilliant chance for someone to take the next step and follow a development path into IT Service Management, Project Management or IT Technical Services. This role is a hybrid role with one day a week in the office, so will have to be commutable distance to Central London.

As the IT Administrator, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating events and meetings, processing IT supplier invoices through Oracle and provide support to the IT team managers with recruitment and project management. As this charity invests in continual IT improvement, you will have the chance to develop PM or technical skills in your career.

Skills required for the IT administrator are:

  • Ability to communicate well and work closely with the IT team but also with external auditors.
  • Want to work in a friendly, flexible but also fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in an administration role with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Oracle or another finance system.
  • Excellent planning and organization skills with the ability to multitask
