This online cyber security training platform with over 1m users and growing.

They are looking for a hands-off grow the team from 8 to 16 engineers to begin with and implement processes and ways of working to lead a very strong engineering function.

Their main tech stack is React and Node.

Experience needed:

• Experience building high-performing engineering teams
• Experience implementing processes so that engineers are able to process and improve
• Experience as a senior software engineer/tech lead
