As the Digital Manager, you will have the opportunity to work closely with the digital team to create a digital strategy on how data should be utilised alongside their goals and objectives. The Digital Manager will be integral in carrying out multivariate and A/B testing to push the digital function forward.

The Digital Manager will benefit from a strong work life balance, including 35 hour weeks and a remote working environment

Skills that are required for the Digital Manager are:

• Strong understanding of digital analysis
• Strong experience carrying out MVT and A/B testing
• Ability to develop digital strategy
• Strong communication skills
