DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a senior level DevOps Engineer to join a team building a financial data and governance platform delivered to the trading and investments space, giving better investment security and ensuring the trading process is transparent and regulated.

You will be joining a team of three DevOps Engineers who have a broad remit, working across both cloud (AWS deployments) and bare metal or private cloud, as their clients are largely finance, it can be a mixed environment. They are using Kubernetes heavily, alongside Puppet within a Linux environment.

The DevOps team is not seen as a development support function, but as absolutely critical to the success of the company as a whole. Engineering and Ops teams work very closely together to ensure the use of both the right tooling but also the right process and methodology.

We are seeking a DevOps Engineer with;

• Broad Ops and Infrastructure knowledge; preferably with strong Linux knowledge, Puppet and Jenkins
• Experience working in hybrid cloud, ideally AWS with on-prem/bare metal but open
• Exposure to wider tooling such as Kubernetes or Docker, deployment or automation tooling

Salary: £85,000 - £100,000 with some flexibility and Benefits
