Understanding Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with The Royal Parks in their search for a brand-new Data Manager to lead in the management and continuous development of their Salesforce Database.
The Royal Parks is a charity that manage over 5,000 acres of Royal Parks spread out across London. The 8 Royal Parks have become more and more crucial over the last 18 months as people all from all over the UK seek an outdoor haven. They are among the most visited attractions in the UK with over 77 million visits each year!
The Data Manager is going to be leading and managing all Data work within the Salesforce CRM system as the TRP look to grow the function. As the Data Manager you will develop and deliver the Data strategy to support all fundraising, marketing and communication activity.
The Data Manager will benefit from a very strong work-life balance including a 36 hour working week and a hybrid working arrangement.
Skills required for the Data Manager are:
- Experience managing and working with Salesforce CRM
- Strong understanding of day to day data work
- Proven experience contributing to and implementing strategy
- Ability to deal with key stakeholders within the business
