D365 Business Systems Analyst

A VC funded business who are the largest provider of their specialism in education are on the lookout for a Business Systems analyst

The role will be based in Bedford.

They are going through a period of transition and want to transform into a SaaS business.

The role for the Business Systems Analyst is as follows:

· Support and maintain business applications

· Carry out user set up in Microsoft Dynamics 365

· Configuartion of Microsoft Dynamics 365

· Liaise with stakeholders

· Identify gaps and propose solutions to improve the systems

They would like the Business Systems Analyst to have the following background:

· 2 years + experience in an IT Support and / or Service Delivery environment

· Experience in 2nd and / or 3rd line technical support

· Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and / or Microsoft Power Platform

· Experience with configuration of Microsoft Dynamics365

They can offer a salary up to £30,000+ Benefits

They are conducting fully remote interviews and can onboard remotely. The interview process will consist of two stages via Microsoft Teams
