An exciting opportunity has come up for a Customer Success Manager to join a London based Charity tackling the ever-growing homelessness crisis with the opportunity to enhance your existing skills and progress your career in a supportive environment.
As the Customer Success Manager you will be joining an established team tasked with developing and maintaining existing customer relationships. Managing a team of driven individuals who are committed to ensuring the success of the charity and its partners, it's a great place to work with offices around the UK and an amazing central London base.
As the Customer Success Manager will be supporting a bespoke Salesforce platform, gain a deep understanding of the current customers experience and identify ways to support the customers desired business outcomes. Internally you will proactively look at ways-of-working to lower response times and improve customer satisfaction. Long-term you have the autonomy and backing to scale the team from there it is and shape it how you see fit.
Desirable skills for a Customer Success Manager:
- Extensive Salesforce Knowledge is essential.
- Previous experience with Service Cloud is essential.
- 5+ years' experience managing a support desk in a technology environment.
- Personable character with previous experience managing a support team.
- Able to plan and prioritise work in a pressured environment
