CRM Programme Manager

A brand new position has arisen for an CRM Programme Manager to play a major role in the delivery of a new CRM focused roadmap for a household name international charity based remotely. The CRM Programme Manager will need to have strong knowledge in a CRM focused project, strong stakeholder management skills and an understanding of how to deliver new services into a business.

As the CRM Programme Manager you will be expected to lead on the delivery of multiple projects as a new CRM is rolled out (MS Dynamics), work with a wide variety of senior stakeholders and really have a lasting impact on this fantastic organisation. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious CRM Programme Manager who has experience of large-scale CRM implementations to join a globally recognised organisation.

Skills required for the CRM Programme Manager are:

- Strong knowledge of any CRM System but ideally Dynamics
- Brilliant communication skills and ability to work with senior stakeholders
- Great stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of CRM delivery

Rate: £80,000 - £90,000 per year plus excellent benefits

Location: Remote (office space in London)
