Our continued success within the market means we are looking for an Accounts Assistant that will specialise to join our already high performing teams. We are currently in an exciting phase of scale, having established a prominent position in the space over the past 15 years.

WE'RE LOOKING FOR AN ACCOUNTS ASSISTANT WHO HAS EXPERIENCE IN THE FOLLOWING.....

Accounts Payable

  • Reconciling contractor timesheets to ensure they are signed off and have a matching purchase ledger Invoice
  • Coding PL invoices and processing in the accounting system.
  • Batching supplier invoices for payment
  • Dealing with supplier queries
  • Processing team expenses

Accounts Receivable

  • Maintaining the contracts billing system
  • Generating Invoices and account statements for Contract clients
  • Performing account reconciliations
  • Maintaining accounts receivable files and records
  • Producing monthly financial and management reports
  • Investigating and resolving any irregularities or enquiries
  • Assisting in general financial management and analysis

Credit Control

  • Creating procedures and policies that ensure timely payments while maintaining a high level of customer retention
  • Reconciling client accounts
  • Monitoring debtor balances to ensure a reduction in debtors DSO
  • Ensuring credit and collection policies and procedures are followed within your team
  • Liaising with customers, as well as internal personnel including the sales team

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE.....

  • Accounts Receivable essential
  • Recruitment Experience desirable but not essential
