An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Change Manager to join a local governing body based in North London. This leading organisation are looking for a Change Manager who has experience of User Adoption and change management methodology. As the Change Manager you will have the opportunity to work on several exciting and vital projects to ensure the development of the organisations systems continue to improve. The successful candidate will have a great personality who can add vital experience and knowledge to the wider business.
As the Change Manager, you will be working with the project management team so it is vital you have strong stakeholder engagement skills. You will also receive full training on some of the newest technologies to hit the ground running. The Change Manager is on an initial 6 FTC Contract. The interview process will be fully remote, and they are looking for candidates to start ASAP.
Skills required for the Change Manager are:
- Previous experience as a Change Manager
- Expert around all things User Adoption
- Good communication skills, written and verbal to interact with key stakeholders.

Location: Enfield, North London
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 (6-month FTC)
