Business Analyst (Customer Experience)

Location: Hybrid (1-2 days a week)

Duration: 6-months

Day Rate: £500 - £550 Outside IR35

A fantastic contract opportunity for a Business Analyst to enhance the online customer experience when browsing across different categories.

The Business Analyst will need to have relevant experience in delivering similar projects. The Business Analyst will establish and clearly document as-is and to-be models. The Business Analyst will document requirements as story points to fit in with Agile ways of work. You will support the development process and be accountable for providing expert sign-offs to queries that are raised. You will support the testing teams to write test scripts and then provide feedback and sign off. The Business Analyst will support the team during UAT. You will be have a great deal support from all the business teams and work closely with them and communicate milestones throughout.

The aim of the project is to redesign the customer experience from design through to installation and take advantage of new technology and the digital customer journey.

Experience Required

  • A catalogue of successful projects attributable to your work.
  • Expertise of the business processes for systems on the applicable application area
  • Ideally experienced with platform migration projects with an ability to identify and thereby avoid common pitfalls associated with this project type.
  • Experience in Agile ways of working.
  • Strong technical knowledge to be confident of completeness of all IT requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with the business and IT, in many cases remotely
