Business Analyst - Automation
A new Business Analyst role, focused specifically on Automation, has arisen with a multinational financial services company based in Cardiff. The company is focussed on providing exceptional customer experience and have recently launched an innovative technology transformation introducing impressive automated business processes and are a footprint for using and driving automation technology.
As part of this IT transformation, we are looking for an Automation Business Analyst to join the growing digital and IT team. You will be responsible for finding opportunities for automation within the business by analysing the current processes in place, managing the design and documentation phases through to the roll out of the new automated processes, covering the full development life cycle.
The Automation Business Analyst will also be liaising with both Subject Matter Experts and stakeholders, gathering information and ensuring the projects run smoothly by listening to requirements of SMEs and updating the stakeholders on progress of delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring any risks with potential new automations are identified and raised, and that evaluations of these risks are carried out in order to provide the high-quality automations the business is looking for.
Skills and experience needed for the Business Analyst role:
- Experience of working in a Senior Business Analyst role or strong background in Business Analyst roles
- Experience with or knowledge of Blue Prism/similar PHT automation applications
- Knowledge of the Automation Lifecycle
- Experience of using Microsoft Office, Access or similar software packages

Salary: £54k-64k (depending on experience) + bonus + benefits
