We are seeking an AWS Architect with a passion for DevOps technologies to join a tech team growing by 400% by the end of 2021 with multimillion pound funding by a Tier1 tech group.
The team are an established cloud consultancy and now also building their own cloud products and SaaS solutions as they evolve their offering. Focussing on the European cloud market, the team are keen to keep their brand and culture following the acquisition, maintaining their own management structure and autonomy, whilst having the opportunity to grow their UK client base as part of the wider group.
As an AWS Architect you will remain hands on and come from engineering or operations background ideally with experience within automation, scripting, Infrastructure as Code and containerisation technologies. You will be involved in all the aspects of the Cloud transformation process from the early design, to the deployment and support for the clients during the implementation phase of the project.
You will have an impact on creating and setting the correct principles of using public cloud for the customers and teaching the internal teams how to accelerate within the new environment.
We are seeking an AWS Architect with;
- Architecture / technical background in DevOps, Cloud or Infrastructure
- Experience of leading the end to end cloud migration projects in AWS (working knowledge of Azure and/or GCP would be an asset)
- Broad technical knowledge which could include a background in Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD tooling, containarisation, monitoring and automation
- Previous client/customer facing experience would be beneficial

Salary: £85,000 - £100,000 plus Bonus and Benefits
Location: London/ Manchester (up to 80% remote available)
