I'm working with a Hertfordshire based, Software Solutions company that are looking to add a technical support engineer to their team.

The support engineers responsibilities will include:

Answering support calls
Updating IT systems
Progressing cases to resolution, keeping the customer up to date along the way
Liaising with technical staff to find the best way to solve customer's issues

Skills required for the role:

Good problem solving skills
Knowledge of the logistics industry (Ideal but not essential)
Good customer and communication
Well versed with Microsoft systems
Polite and Helpful

The company are offering up to £33,000 for the right candidate and are open to flexible working (3 days in office, 2 days from home and visa versa)

The office is based within Hertfordshire so you must be in a commutable distance to do the journey 2-3 times per week.
