2nd Line Support Engineer

A brand new position has arisen for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join an international food company in Cheshunt, Hertfordshire although the role will mostly be remote. This is a great opportunity for an ambitious 2nd Line Support Engineer to continue developing their tech career by working with an experienced team to further develop their skills and learn new technologies.

The 2nd Line Engineer is primarily responsible for managing Incidents or Service Requests which cannot be solved immediately with the means of the Service Desk. As 2nd Line Support Engineer, you will need to have experience working within a service desk role having used windows 10 and office 365 as well as Azure and Active Directory. It is also vital for the 2nd Line Support Engineer to have strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Skills required for the 2nd Line Support Engineer are:

- Driving license
- Windows 10 and Office 365 experience
- Experience of working in either 1st or 2nd line support roles
- Azure and Active Directory experience

2nd Line Support Engineer / 2nd Line support / Office 365 / Active directory / Azure

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000
